Founded in June 2022, JAAM Systems is a performance-first marketing agency built exclusively for law firms in the US and UK. We exist to help firms remove uncertainty from their client and case acquisition, transforming unpredictable referrals and word-of-mouth into systemized, measurable growth.

That decision marked the beginning of JAAM Systems but the story started much earlier.
Josh began working at 15, doing paper rounds before moving into door-to-door and telesales roles. Those early years taught him the value of persistence, communication and creating real value for people, principles that still shape how JAAM operates today.
After studying Economics at university, Josh took a gap year to lead a new sales department in Cape Town for a UK claims company. That experience opened his eyes to the power of systems, how structure and consistency could turn chaos into predictable success. He later returned to complete his degree and in 2020, graduated in the middle of the pandemic.
Soon after, Josh joined Irwin Mitchell in their debt department, where he spent two years understanding the legal industry from the inside. By 25, he knew it was time to build something of his own, something that combined his sales experience, analytical background and passion for helping others grow.
The first year of JAAM was challenging but it laid the foundation for everything that followed. Through relentless testing, learning and refining, Josh found his niche, helping law firms attract, convert and retain clients at scale.
Today, his day-to-day revolves around finding new ways to help lawyers systemize their marketing and realize the vision they have for their firms. His focus is simple: deliver real results, create long-term partnerships and build a company that outperforms through patience, persistence and purpose.
For Josh, JAAM Systems is more than a business, it’s his avenue to fulfil a larger purpose.
